Frank is at the desk to greet you when you come in to Hard Way Cycles.  He will make sure you get booked for an appointment and that all you requests are addressed during the service.  He is an avid motorcyclist and will help you find the parts you need for your build.  You might see Frank rolling around town in his sick Harley Davidson trike.
